Yahoo! Messenger for SMS

By using Yahoo! Messenger for SMS Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) your mobile phone number (MSISDN) will be used during the transmission of text messages through the Yahoo! Mail for SMS Service,

(b) Standard charge of 20 fils applies for outgoing SMS. Applicable SMS outgoing charges when roaming.

(c) you remain solely responsible for all content originated from you and transmitted via the Yahoo! Messenger for SMS Service ("Content"), and you shall accordingly indemnify Yahoo! and Wataniya, against all third party claims relating to your Content or your use of the Yahoo! Messenger SMS Service or due to your act, negligence or omission, and

(d) neither Yahoo! nor Wataniya will be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your using the Yahoo! Messenger for SMS Service.
